Northern Flare, Inc. guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.You must contact us either by email or by phone within 7 days of RECEIPT of your order and your return must be postmarked within 10 business days of the date that we issue an authorization number. For orders to be returned, you must have a return authorization number which is obtained by sending an email to Northern Flare, Inc. This code must be written on the outside of the box that is sent back to Northern Flare, Inc. or the order will be refused and sent back to the customer and no refund will be given. Once the order has been properly received a refund will be credited to the original credit card that was used to purchase the products through PayPal. The credit will show 3 days on your PayPal statement. And, if you paid by official bank check or money order, we will send an official bank check or money order back to your address that was given.

To make changes to your order or to cancel an order, you need to notify us by phone or email immediately within 24 hours. We also need to receive the cancellation in writing via email.
